I have especially dry eyes, so i firm, close to the face fit is the most important thing for me. The ratchet system is simple and intuitive and really conforms to the shape of your nose, helping you get nice and close to the face. They fit well without squeezing my head. Would recommend, especially at such a competitive price point.

The description explicitly states "This lens is strongly curved, allowing for close protection of the eyes and face," and that's an accurate statement. I have a fairly wide and pretty flat face, and the outer edges of my brows touch the top of the frames. So these aren't ideal for me, but they're absolutely still in my regular rotation. I just adjust the ratchet-adjustable nose piece, which is a neat feature; each side has 5 positions to chose from. My wide nose appreciates! The dropped temples clear all my bike helmets nicely, which is something I overlooked until I started wearing them. The red mirror lens has a neutral to slightly cool tint to look through. Overall a great pair of shades... form meets function!
